Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-19. MailGuard is operated by Swift Labs LLC ("we"). By connecting a domain or subscribing you agree to these terms.

The service

MailGuard receives DMARC aggregate (rua) reports that mailbox providers send for domains you connect, and shows them in a private dashboard and a weekly email. It's in early access: features may change, and some tasks, like matching payments to domains, are done by hand.

Your domains

Only connect domains you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting requires publishing our reporting address in the domain's DMARC record. Removing it from your record stops new reports.

Free trial

Each newly connected domain gets a 14-day free trial with no payment details. When the trial ends without a subscription for that domain, weekly emails stop and new reports are no longer stored.

Billing

Subscriptions are $7 per domain per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details; we don't see or store card numbers. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime by emailing support@deadlinkpatrol.com from the address on the subscription. We cancel in Stripe within one business day and you won't be charged again. Service continues until the end of the paid month. We don't refund partial months, except that if we can't deliver the service for a domain you paid for, we refund that month.

Data

We use report data and your email address only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. Report data is kept for 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

No warranty

MailGuard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Reports depend on third-party mailbox providers, who may send them late, incompletely or not at all. MailGuard is informational: you remain responsible for your DNS and email configuration. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
