Privacy

We store the email address you give us and the DMARC aggregate reports mailbox providers send for your domain. Those reports contain sending IP addresses, message counts and authentication results, not message content. We use them only to show you your dashboard and send your digest. When you start signing up we also store where you came from (the referral or campaign tag in the link and the referring page) so we know which channels work.

Report data is kept for 90 days. Reports for domains that aren't connected are discarded. If you start signing up but never publish the DNS record, we send at most two reminder emails and delete the signup after 30 days. Email goes out through AgentMail and payments through Stripe. To delete your data, email support@deadlinkpatrol.com from the address on file.
